4 LBs Chicken Wings
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1 1/4 Cup Hot Sauce
2 Sticks Butter (Unsalted)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a baking rack on top.
With the tip of a paring knife, prick the chicken wings all over and pat dry.
Season with salt and pepper and transfer the chicken wings to the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Place wings in the oven for 30 minutes until they begin to crisp.
Remove wings from oven, flip, and return to oven for another 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large pan over medium heat, add the butter and hot sauce, stir to combine well.
Remove chicken wings from oven, place in a large glass bowl and pour the hot sauce and butter mixture over the wings, toss to coat evenly, place on a serving platter and enjoy.
