1 (8oz) Can of Chopped Tomatoes (Half the Juice Drained)
1 Clove Garlic (Finely Chopped)
1/2 White Onion (Diced)
1 TBSP Fresh Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
1 Jalapeno Pepper (Thinly Sliced, Seeds Removed)
1 Lime (Zested and Juiced)
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and blend for 30-45 seconds until all ingredients are smooth and well mixed but still a little chunky.
Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
