4 (15 Oz) Cans Tuna (Drained and Rinsed)
1 Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Red Chili (Finely Chopped)
1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)
1 Egg
2 TBSP Tomato Paste
1 TBSP Coconut Flour
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Pre-heat your oven to 350 Degrees.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Place all of your burger ingredients into a medium size bowl and mix until well combined.
Using your hands, carefully roll and flatten your tuna mixture into 6 even sized burger patties and place onto your prepared baking tray.
Place in the oven and cook for 5-10 mins, until set and cooked through.
To serve, place in a lettuce leaf and top with some freshly sliced avocado.
