Spiced White Russian Recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Oz Absolut Vodka
1 Oz Kahlua
1 Oz Infused Heavy Cream

Infused Heavy Cream: Bring 1 Cup of heavy cream to a boil and stir in 1/4 TSP of chili flakes Remove from heat Cover and let steep for 20-30 minutes Strain and chill heavy cream until ready to use

Recipe Instructions:

Place a large ice cube in each glass and pour in vodka and Kahlua
