1 3/4 Cups Vegetable Broth (or Water)
1/2 TSP Salt
1 1/2 Cups Couscous
In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a rolling boil, add the salt.
Stir in the couscous, cover with a lid and remove from the heat.
Allow the couscous to steam for 5-10 minutes, fluff with a fork to break up any clumps and serve warm.
