1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
2 TSP Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
2 LBS Shrimp (Deveined and Peeled)
1/2 TSP Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
8 Oz Penne Pasta
Cook penne pasta according to package direction and set aside.
To a large sealable bag, add the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce and brown sugar, add the shrimp, seal the bag and shake to mix the ingredients and coat the shrimp.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the shrimp and saut? For 4 minutes.
Next, add in the crushed red pepper flakes, parmesan cheese and cooked penne pasta.
Stir to mix evenly and continue to cook for another 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
