2 Cups Dry Penne Pasta
1/2 Cup Artichokes (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Fresh Spinach (Chopped & Packed)
1/2 Cup Onion (Chopped)
3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 (8 Oz) Package Cream Cheese (Softened)
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
1 Cup Swiss Cheese (Grated)
1 TSP Garlic Salt
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper
2 TBSP Cornstarch
1 Cup Half and Half
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a casserole dish.
Cook pasta according to instructions on package and drain.
Combine all of the ingredients into a large glass bowl except for the mozzarella and half and half.
Add the cooked and drained pasta and stir well to combine and the cream cheese has totally melted.
Add the half and half and stir briefly to lightly mix.
Pour contents of the bowl into the prepared casserole dish and top with the mozzarella cheese, bake for 30-40 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
