3/4 Cup Spinach (Sauteed)
1 TSP Linseed Oil
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Place toasted whole wheat bread on a plate, top with the sauteed spinach, followed by the sauteed mushrooms.
Drizzle with a TSP of linseed oil and enjoy.
