1 (10oz) Package Frozen Spinach (Thawed)
1 1/2 Cups Vegan Mayonnaise,
1/4 Cup Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
Place thawed spinach into a strainer and using the back of a spoon, press out as much of the liquid as possible.
Once drained, place into a medium glass bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, onions, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix to fully combine.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
