2 Mangoes (Peeled, Pitted and Cubed)
2 TBSP Thai Basil Leaves (Chopped)
1 TBSP Fresh Lime Juice
1 TSP Fresh Lime Zest
1 Cup Whole Milk
Place the chopped mango into the bowl of a food processor, add the basil, lime juice and lime zest, next add the milk and processor for 3-5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Divide the mixture between 6 cups and place in the freezer for 45 minutes or until ready to serve.
