Sriracha Scrambled Eggs Recipe.


Ingredients:


3 Eggs
1 TBSP Milk
1 TSP Sriracha
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Butter (Unsalted)


Recipe Instructions:


In a small glass bowl, beat the eggs, milk, sriracha, salt and pepper until smooth and well combined, set aside.
In a medium non-stick skillet over medium-high heat add the butter and when almost melted, swirl to coat the bottom of the skillet.
Add the egg mixture, stirring often until the eggs are fully set, or until required doneness is reached, remove skillet from heat, transfer eggs to a serving plate and serve hot.
