2 Thin Cut Steaks (4 Oz Each)
1 TSP Season Salt
3 TBSP Butter
2 Eggs
Place 1 TBSP of butter in a large non-stick skillet over a medium-high heat and allow the butter to melt.
Season one side of the steaks with half of the seasoned salt.
Place steaks in the hot skilled, seasoned side down, lightly season the remaining side of the steak while in the skillet.
Cook steaks for 2 minutes then flip.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove steaks from the pan and cool slightly.
Place remaining 2 TBSP of butter into the same non-stick skillet, crack the two eggs into the skillet once butter has melted and cook until desired level of doneness.
Place one steak and one egg on a plate and serve immediately.
