1 LB Fresh Green Beans (Cut into 2" Pieces)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
2 TSP Sesame Oil
3 TSP Soy Sauce
3 TSP Rice Vinegar
2 TBSP Water
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
In a large, non0stick skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and heat until shimmering, add in the minced garlic and saut? For 2 minutes until the garlic releases its aromas.
Add the cut green beans to the skillet and stir to coat evenly with the olive oil and garlic.
Cook for 3 minutes.
After cooking for 3 minutes, add the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and water and stir everything to mix well.
Cooking for another 3 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and serve immediate while piping hot.
