3 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/8 TSP Salt
1 Cup Fresh Strawberries (Sliced)
In a medium sized glass bowl, add the lemon juice, sugar, vanilla, salt and yogurt and whisk until well combined.
Add the mixture to a 2-quart ice cream machine and freeze according to instructions.
In the final few minutes of churning, add the sliced strawberries and once completed, transfer to an airtight container.
Place in the freezer for roughly 3 hours.
To serve, remove from the freezer, allow to stand for 10 minutes, take individual scoops and set in a bowl or a rocks glass.
