3 Cups Water
1 Cup White Sugar
2 TSP Fresh Lemon Juice
5 Cups Fresh Strawberries (Washed and Hulled)
Over high heat, in a medium-sized pan, bring the sugar and water to a boil until the sugar has fully dissolved, stirring constantly.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool fully.
In the jug of a blender, add the fresh strawberries and sugar water and process until smooth, you will need to do this in several batches.
Add the lemon juice and stir to mix well.
Pour the blended strawberry mixture to an air-tight container, seal and chill for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Transfer the chilled mixture to a freezer proof container and freeze until ready to use.
Enjoy frozen.
