Gin
5-7 Large Strawberries
Rind of 1 Lime
1/2 English Cucumber Sliced Into Wheels
Place sliced strawberries, lime rind and cucumber wheels into the bottom of a 15 Pint Mason Jar

Fill the rest of the jar with a gin of your choice (we used Hendrick's) and seal with lid
.
Give the mixture a good shake to distribute ingredients, and let sit in a cool dark place for up to 3 days, shaking occasionally
.
After 3 days, strain ingredients out through a fine mesh strainer, and place your infused gin into a sealed jar
.
Infusion will keep for several weeks refrigerated.
