4 Oz Suet
Pinch of Salt
In a medium glass bowl, add the flour, salt and suet and enough cold water to make a firm, but pliable dough.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead gently for 1 minute.
Allow dough to rest for 5 minutes before rolling out and using.
