1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds (Soaked Overnight)
2 Cups Filtered Water
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
Add sunflower seeds, salt, maple syrup, vanilla extract and water to a high-speed blender and process on high for 2-3 minutes until all of the seeds are finely ground and mixture is smooth.
Strain mixture through a cheesecloth or strainer in to a glass jar with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Shake well before use.
