1 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
2 TSP Soy Sauce
3 TSP Dijon Mustard
1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
1 LB Hot Dogs
In a slow cooker, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, soy sauce mustard and garlic powder.
Whisk to blend the ingredients thoroughly.
Cover and cook on a high heat for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, take the hot dogs and cut each hot dog into 3 equal pieces that are roughly 1 1/2 inch long.
Add hot dogs to the sauce mixture, toss to coat with the sauce and continue cooking on high for another 2 hours, until the hot dogs are piping hot.
Turn heat setting to low and serve hot dogs directly out of the slow cooker.
