Tequila, Avocado & Shrimp Ceviche Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 LB Large Shrimp (Peeled, Deveined & Chopped)
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
2 TBSP Tequila
2 Roma Tomatoes (Seeded & Finely Diced)
1 Avocado (Peeled and Diced)
1 Jalapeno (Seeded, Ribs Removed & Finely Diced)
2 TBSP Fresh Cilantro (Minced)
1/4 TSP Salt


Recipe Instructions:


In a large glass bowl, add chopped shrimp, lime juice and tequila, stir to mix and cover.
Place bowl into refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove bowl from refrigerator and add, tomato, avocado, jalapeno, cilantro and salt, stir gently to combine.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, toasted bread or plantain chips.
