1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 TSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TSP Hot Mustard
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
2 TBSP Red Onion (Minced)
1/4 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper
In a large glass bowl combine all of the ingredients and whisk together until evenly combined, transfer dressing to a bottle or a container with an air-tight lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Dressing will keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
