4 Bone-In Pork Chops (1/2-Inch-Thick)
1 Package Frozen Asian-Style Stir-Fry Vegetables
1/3 Cup Garlic Steak Sauce
3 TBSP Creamy Peanut Butter
Heat a large, non-stick skillet on medium-high heat.
Add pork chops and cook for 4 minutes.
Turn chops and add vegetables, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
Transfer pork chops to a serving plate, add steak sauce and peanut butter to skillet.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until vegetable mixture is heated and evenly coated.
Spoon over pork chops.
