Beef And Avocado Breakfast Skillet Recipe.


Ingredients:


1/4 Cup Onion (Sliced)
1/4 Cup Mushrooms (Sliced)
1/2 Cup Ground Beef (80/20)
1/2 TSP Paprika
1 Egg (Beaten)
1/2 Avocado (Pitted, Peeled and Diced)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1/2 TBSP Olive Oil


Recipe Instructions:


In a skillet over medium high heat, add the olive oil and when shimmering, add the onions, mushroom, salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are fragrant and slightly softened, roughly 3-4 minutes.
Add the ground beef, paprika and continue to cook until the ground beef is no longer pink.
Remove pan from the heat, drain off any excess fat from the beef, return to the heat and add the beaten egg, stirring constantly to incorporate the egg into the beef and vegetable mixture.
Add the diced avocado and stir to combine.
Continue to cook for another minute, remove from the heat and serve in individual bowls with hot sauce.
