1 heaping TBSP fresh pomegranate arils
1/2 Oz dry vermouth
Fresh thyme (for serving)
Combine pomegranate arils and gin in a mixing glass and muddle Allow to steep for 1-2 hours

Add vermouth and ice and stir to chill

Fine strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass

Garnish with sprig of fresh thyme.
