The Real Housewife Recipe.

Ingredients:

4 Oz Electric Sky Pinot Grigio Italiano
1 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Oz Simple Syrup
3 Raspberries plus more for drama
Lemon Slices for even more drama
Raspberry Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

Prepare cocktail glass with raspberry sugar rim

In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Electric Sky Pinot Grigio Italiano, lemon, simple syrup, and raspberries

Shake vigorously (also relieves stress)

Strain and pour into prepared glass

Garnish with lemon and raspberries, if you're feeling dramatique

Raspberry Sugar recipe: Dehydrate 100 grams of raspberries in a dehydrator If you don't have a dehydrator place the berries on a parchment lined sheet tray and place in the oven at 150F Bake until dry, about 6-8 hours Once dry, place in a food processor and pulse until roughly minced Add 1/2 Cup sugar and pulse until fine Store in airtight jar and keep up to 4 weeks.
