The Shackleton Highball Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Oz Shackleton
4 Oz Bottled soda
Fresh lemon twist

Recipe Instructions:

Fill a highball glass with cubed ice
.
Stir with bar spoon for 10 seconds until glass starts to frost
.
Drain excess water and add Shackleton whisky
.
Stir for 10 seconds, adding ice as needed
.
Top with soda and softly stir for 5 seconds
.
Garnish with lemon oils by rubbing twist around the rim of the glass.
