1 Cup Coconut Milk
3 TBSP Fresh Blueberries
3 TBSP Fresh Raspberries
3 TBSP Fresh Strawberries
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1 TSP Maple Syrup
Place milk and half of the berries in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a mason jar and add chia seeds and remaining half berry mix and other ingredients.
Close lid tightly and shake mixture until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight and consume!
