1 LB Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna
4 Scallions (Finely Chopped)
2 TBSP Fresh Mint Leaves (Finely Chopped)
2 TBSP Coconut Flakes
2 TSP Sesame Seeds
2 TspFresh Orange Zest
1 TSP Sesame Oil
1/4 TSP Fish Sauce
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
Cut Ahi tuna into bite sized cubes, add to a medium glass bowl and combine with remaining ingredients.
Mix to combine well and place bowl into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove bowl from refrigerator, mix once more drain liquid and place ceviche into a serving dish, serve immediately with toasted bread, tortilla chips or plantain chips.
