4 Large Eggs
2 TBSP Butter
1 TSP Garlic Powder
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
4 TSP Mayonnaise
8 Slices Turkey
8 Slices Bacon (Cooked)
1 Tomato (Thinly Sliced)
1 Cup Romaine Lettuce (Chopped)
Over medium-low heat, preheat a non-stick skillet and add the butter to melt.
In a medium glass bowl, whisk the eggs with the garlic powder, salt and pepper and pour enough of the egg mixture into the preheated skillet to just coat the bottom of the pan.
Cook for 2 minutes before gently loosening the egg mixture and flipping it over, once flipped cook for another 1 minute.
Remove from the skillet and set aside on a sheet of parchment paper.
After all of the egg wraps have been made, spread each one with a little mayonnaise, top the mayonnaise with two slices of turkey, two slices of bacon, a few slices of tomato and lettuce.
Roll the wrap as if you were rolling a burrito and enjoy.
