1 Cup Vegan Butter
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
3 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 TBSP Soy Milk
In a large, clean glass bowl, add the butter and using an electric hand mixer, beat the butter for 4-5 minutes on medium-high.
Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat again for 3-4 minutes until the sugar is fully incorporated.
If the buttercream frosting seems to thick, add a little of the soy milk, 1 TSP at a time and beat to combine.
Use immediately.
