Vegan Garlic Aioli Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup Cashew Nuts
3/4 Cup Water
4 Garlic Cloves
2 TSP Dijon Mustard
1/2 Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt


Recipe Instructions:


Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until thick and creamy.
Empty contents in to a mason jar with tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
