Vegan Ground Beef Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup Walnuts (Soaked)
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
2 TBSP Olive Oil
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Ground Cumin
2 TSP Ground Coriander
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Paprika
1 TBSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TBSP Onion Powder
1/2 TSP Chili Powder
1/4 TSP Cayenne Powder


Recipe Instructions:


In bowl of a food processor add walnuts and sunflower seeds and process a few minutes to break into smaller pieces.
Add remaining ingredients and process until mixture resembles ground beef.
Use immediately as a ground beef substitute or store in refrigerator in an airtight container for 4 days.
