5 Cloves Garlic
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Water
1 Medium Carrot (Chopped)
1/2 Medium Onion (Chopped)
8 Habanero Chilis (Stems Removed)
4 Serrano Peppers (Stems Removed)
1 Jalapeno Pepper (Stem Removed)
2 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Molasses
Add apple cider vinegar, water, chopped carrot, onion and peppers to a saucepan over medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes until carrot is tender.
Pour warm mixture in to the bowl of a food processor and add the garlic, salt and molasses and blend until mixture is smooth.
Allow mixture to cool then pour in to mason jars with tight fitting lids and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
