Vegan Mayonnaise Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup Olive Oil (Room Temperature)
1/2 Cup Soy Milk (Unsweetened, Room Temperature)
2 TSP Apple Cider Vinegar
Pinch of Salt


Recipe Instructions:


Place all ingredients (except for oil) into the bowl of a food processor and blend for 10 seconds to combine well.
Turn blender speed to low and slowly drizzle the olive oil into the mixture until it begins to thicken.
Once thickened, slowly turn speed to high and mix well until the consistency of mayonnaise.
Empty contents in to a mason jar with tight fitting lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
