3/4 Cup Raw Cashews
3/4 Cup Soy Milk (Unsweetened)
3 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Mild Coconut Oil
3 TBSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Salt
Pinch of Dried Basil
5/8 Cup Water
2 TBSP Agar Powder
Place all ingredients except the agar powder into the jug of a blender and process until the mixture is smooth and liquidy.
Scrape down the sides of the blender and process the mixture again until silky smooth and creamy.
Set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add 1 1/4 cups of water and agar powder until boiling stirring occasionally with a spatula.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
Remove pan from the heat.
Immediately add the agar mixture into the blender and process until smooth.
Pour the mixture into an oiled container, cover with an air-tight lid and refrigerate overnight until firm and set.
