Vegan Nacho Cheese Recipe.


Ingredients:


2 Cups Potatoes (Peeled, Diced and Cooked)
1 Cup Carrot (Peeled, Diced and Cooked)
1/2 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1 TSP Salt
1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1/4 TSP Onion Powder
1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
Pinch of Ground Cayenne Pepper


Recipe Instructions:


Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or high-speed blender and process until the mixture is very smooth.
Transfer mixture to a container with an air-tight lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
