Vegan Pancake Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 TBSP Sugar
2 TBSP Baking Powder
1/8 TSP Salt
1 Cup Almond Milk
2 TBSP Vegetable Oil


Recipe Instructions:


In a medium glass bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until well mixed.
Add the almond milk and vegetable oil to the dry mixture.
Mix until well combined.
Heat a pan on the range over medium heat.
Add two TBSP of the batter mixture to pan and cook until bubble begin to form in the middle of the pancake, flip and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve warm with maple syrup, fruit or your choice of topping.
