Vegan Parmesan Cheese Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Cup Raw Cashews (Unsalted)
4 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
1 TSP Garlic Powder
Pinch of Salt


Recipe Instructions:


Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and blend until well mixed and crumbles resemble grated parmesan cheese.
Transfer the cheese to a container with an air-tight lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
