1 Jalapeno Pepper (Seeded and Finely Chopped)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (Seeded and Finely Chopped)
1 TBSP Canola Oil
1 (135oz) Can Coconut Cream
1/2 Cup Water
2 TBSP Agar Agar
3 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
1 TSP Salt
Pinch Ground Cayenne Pepper
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Lemon Juice
In a large non-stick skillet, heat the canola oil over medium heat and saut? The bell peppers for 2 minutes.
Add the can of coconut cream, water, agar agar, nutritional yeast, salt, cayenne, garlic powder and lemon juice.
Heat until mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes stirring constantly.
Transfer mixture to a glass container and allow to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Slice cheese to serve as needed.
