1 Cup Plant-Based Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Soy Milk
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Onion Powder
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TBSP Fresh Parsley (Finely Chopped)
1/4 TSP Dried Dill
Place all ingredients (except parsley and dill) into the bowl of a food processor and blend on high for 45 seconds to combine ingredients well.
Add parsley and dill and mix with a spoon until combined.
Empty ranch dressing into a glass mason jar with tight fitting lid and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
