1 (14oz) Package Extra Firm Tofu (Drained and Pressed)
2 1/2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
1 TBSP Light Olive Oil
1 TSP Salt
Splash of Soy Milk
In the bowl of a food processor, add the tofu and blend until it turns crumbly, about 5-10 seconds.
Add the nutritional yeast, olive oil and salt and process for 2 minutes or until it forms a smooth spreadable texture, add a little soy milk if required to get the correct consistency.
Transfer to an air-tight container and place in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
