1/4 Cup Vegetable Broth
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/4 Cups Water
1 TBSP Molasses
1/4 TSP Ground Ginger
1/4 TSP Garlic Powder
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Place all ingredients in a pan over a medium-high heat and bring to the boil.
Turn heat down to medium-low and simmer for 20-30 minutes until mixture has reduced down to 1 cup.
Let cool and transfer to a mason jar with tight fitting lid to store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
