2 TBSP Water
2 TBSP White Vinegar
1 1/2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Plant-Based Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Light Brown Sugar
1/2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
1/2 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a rolling boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 30-40 minutes stirring on occasion.
Let mixture cool and transfer to a glass mason jar with tight fitting lid and store in refrigerator for up to 30 days.
