1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 Cup Plant-Based Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 TSP Dijon Mustard
1/2 TSP Allspice
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Onion Powder
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
Place all ingredients in to a pan on low-heat and cover until just coming to a simmer.
Remove pan from heat and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
Place mixture in a glass mason jar with tight fitting lid and store in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
