1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
1 Cucumber (Sliced into Sticks)
8 Kalamata Olives (Stones Removed)
2 Large Tortilla Wraps
1/4 Cup Vegan Cheese (Crumbled)
2 TBSP Hummus
In a large non-stick dry skillet, heat the tortilla wraps until lightly golden brown on both sides, turning once, roughly 1 minute per side.
Spread each wrap with 1 TBSP of hummus, fill with the vegetables and vegan cheese then roll.
Serve immediately.
