3 Carrots (Grated)
1 Onion (Grated)
Pinch of Sugar
1/2 Head White Cabbage (Grated)
1/2 Head Red Cabbage (Grated)
1 Egg (Beaten)
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1/2 TSP Celery Seeds
1 Lemon (Juiced)
Place all ingredients into a large glass bowl and mix until well combined, place walnut slaw into the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes to chill then serve.
