4 LBs Chicken Wings
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP Horseradish (Drained)
1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 TSP Sugar
1/4 TSP Ground Cayenne Pepper
Heat a grill to a medium-low temperature.
In a large glass bowl, add chicken wings, salt and pepper and toss to coat chicken wings evenly.
Grill chicken, covered for 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
While the chicken wings are grilling, in a medium glass bowl, combine the other ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Place 1/2 cup of the white BBQ sauce into a bowl, uncover the chicken wings and generously brush with the white BBQ sauce.
Cook for another 5 minutes, turn chicken wings and brush with sauce again, continue cooking for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with remaining white BBQ sauce and garnish with parsley.
