2 (15oz) Cans of Cannellini Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Lime (Zested and Juiced)
2 TBSP Olive Oil
2 TBSP Fresh Basil (Chopped)
1 TBSP Fresh Thyme (Chopped)
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
To the bowl of a food processor add all ingredients and pulse until blended but not a puree.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Place bowl of dip in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
