2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 TBSP Baking Powder
3 TBSP Sugar
1/2 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
2 Large Eggs (Separated)
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
Preheat waffle iron.
In a large glass bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
In a medium glass bowl, mix together the egg yolks, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
In a separate medium glass bowl, beat the egg whites with a hand mixture until stiff, set aside.
Add the egg yolk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Fold in the egg whites.
Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook per manufacturer?s instructions.
Serve immediately with butter, syrup, or topping of choice.
