2 TBSPs oyster sauce
4 TSPs light soy sauce, divided
2 TSPs sugar
2 TSPs rice vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
Vegetable oil
8 ounces flat rice noodles
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, sliced
2 large eggs
2 TBSPs sweet dark soy sauce
In a medium-sized bowl, toss the chicken with 2 TSPs of soy sauce and the baking soda.
